Beacon Builders homes are a blend of thoughtful design and construction efficiency with more choices of options and finishes.    Our Selections Process starts online in your Home Owners Portal.  After your home is contracted, you’ll receive a welcome letter with instructions for logging into your home owners dashboard.  From here, you’ll be able to browse hundreds of pictures, make selections and send questions about options and finishes to our designers.  Be sure to visit our design center where you can see many of our options.  You will also have a scheduled appointment where you’ll work with one of our design consultants to choose fixtures and finishes in our design center.  Now’s the time to coordinate fixtures and finishes throughout your new home.
